BUSINESS HOURS AND ATTENDANCE
  • You will be governed by the normal working hours as per Client Guidelines. You may be required to work in shifts and/or in extended working hours, as permitted by law or if required as per business needs. The same are subject to change from time to time.
  • You are expected to report to work and return from scheduled breaks on time and avoid any unnecessary absenteeism throughout the assignment.
  • If you are unable to report to work due to health issues or any other circumstances, you are advised to notify your Supervisor/Manager immediately and then to ALOIS by sending an email to employee_connect@aloissolutions.com.
  • You are expected to share the timesheet in the instructed format on a weekly or monthly basis. Only approved timesheets will be considered for processing payroll. Deadline for timesheet submission is 1st of every month. Failing to which may lead to delay in salary.
