DATA PROTECTION POLICY
  • Employees shall return to the Disclosing Party any and all records, notes, and other written, printed, or tangible materials in their possession pertaining to Confidential Information immediately if the company requests it in writing.
  • Employees are prohibited from storing or transferring any information on their computer or system without the written consent of the company.
  • Employees must delete or erase any copied or stored information from their system once the access provided on their system has been rescinded.
  • Employees shall not record any conversations. If a device has an auto-recording function, all parties should be pre-informed about its use.
  • Remedial Actions

    • Any breach of the above-stated terms will be thoroughly investigated. If established, the employee will be subject to termination of employment or legal proceedings, depending on the circumstances and the severity of the breach.
