PROTECTION OF CHILD AND FORCED LABOR

Purpose

ALOIS Technologies Private Limited is committed to the protection of children from all forms of exploitation, including child labor. This policy ensures that children are not engaged in any labor that harms their physical, mental, social, or educational development.

Definition

Child/Forced labor is defined as any work or economic activity that deprives children of their childhood or forces any person to work against their will, interfering with their ability to attend school and causing mental, physical, social, or moral harm.

Employment Practices

  • Age Verification: Before employment, ALOIS will verify the age of each individual to ensure compliance with legal age requirements.
  • Education and Awareness

    ALOIS will educate employees, contractors, and stakeholders about the importance of eradicating child/forced labor. Awareness programs will be included in induction training.

    Monitoring and Reporting

    • Internal Monitoring: ALOIS HR will strictly enforce this policy, ensuring that no employee is under the legally permitted age.
    • Reporting Mechanisms: Employees, contractors, and suppliers should report any suspected cases of child/forced labor promptly to the HR Head.
    • Remediation and Corrective Action

      If child/forced labor is identified, ALOIS will take immediate corrective action, including terminating relationships with suppliers or contractors involved in such practices and implementing remediation measures for affected individuals.
