WHISTLEBLOWING POLICY
  • Whistleblowing is the act of drawing public attention, or the attention of an internal authority figure, to perceived wrongdoing, misconduct, or unethical activity within organizations.
  • Aims of the Policy

    • Under this policy, employees can voice their concerns about prospective fraud, illegal and/or unethical conduct, or malpractice in the organization without any fear of victimization, subsequent discrimination, disadvantage, or dismissal.
    • Employees are protected from reprisals for raising concerns. Any accusation will be fairly investigated, and proper action will be taken in a constructive manner.
    • The policy encourages employees to raise serious concerns internally rather than ignoring a problem or reporting it externally.
